Cal Lutheran University

For a class of approximately 50 Criminology majors, I provided a session on working in the Correctional Environment and Careers in Corrections and Law Enforcement.

For an audience of 35 students, I taught a class in The Art of Detecting Deception.  This class is based on my 37 years of working in an environment where the clientele are expert liars.   In such an environment, one must quickly and thoroughly learn if and how they are being manipulated or deceived.

California State Northridge

In this Criminology class, I provided an overview of working in the Correctional Environment and working within the Iraqi Correctional System.  We had a group breakout session in which the students provided insight on the delivery and importance of inmate programs with respect to rehabilitation.

Moorpark Community College

I conducted two training sessions for classes in Investigations and Criminology.   The total audience exceeded 75 students.   I provided an overview of the elements of a thorough investigation and also working within the Correctional Environment and Careers in Corrections and Law Enforcement.

During my 9 years as the Vice President of Internal Affairs with this corporation, I trained 1000's of new or prospective Investigators in the proper techniques and elements of conducting an official investigation.   The emphasis of this training focused on Evidence Gathering; Interviewing, and Formal Report Writing.
